WHAT WE STAND FOR
Having spent a long time in the industry, we’ve seen a lot of waste. Much of the time, perfectly good timber is often used once to make something fantastic and then simply skipped and sent to landfill. We at Get Setsy intend to change this, leading the way, not just for our own ethics on sustainability, but for the industry too.
Working in tandem with albert‘s guidelines It’s actually relatively easy if you take a step back and think about it. We are constantly developing unique ways to Get Green, including:
Sourcing our timber from sustainable FSC approved suppliers
Introducing Electric Vehicles in to the fleet
Logistically, we always have our team sharing vehicles
Re-using flatage and timber where possible
Giving off-cuts to local charities and organisations to repurpose and introduce woodwork to children and adults
Turning off-cuts of timber into biofuel pellets
Smelting loose screws, pins, nails etc. down into stage weights
DIVERSITY
At Get Setsy, we always pick the best team for the job – that’s our only selection criteria. After all, you come to us for the cream of the crop, so that’s what we deliver!
